Craig Ingram
Earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Catawba College in 1967 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Maryland in 1972. He was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 1972. Craig began providing legal services in 1975 when he moved to Oakland. Craig is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Garrett County Bar Association.
Craig's areas of practice include real estate, title examinations, commercial and residential closings, mineral research [including dormant mineral recovery and preservation], wills, estate and gift planning, estate administration [probate], and business organization. He is an agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Commonwealth is a member of the Fidelity National Financial family.
Mary Lantz
Earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Frederick Community College in 1981 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University in 1983. In May 1985 she successfully completed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination, became a licensed CPA, and began working with Craig later that year. She is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and currently serves as a Trustee of the Chris Lantz Memorial Fund.
Mary serves clients in the areas of federal and state income taxation. As a paralegal, her concentrations are in estate administration, estate taxation, escrow accounting, and workouts on real estate transactions.
